Called Aulani's garage today in order to get a safety inspection and spoke with ka'eo. He was very helpful and able to get me in the same day to set up an appointment. When I got to my appointment he was very kind and patient with me! His team even walked further away to drive my car up to the shop becuase I parked nextdoor. The inspection took no more than 10 minutes! Thank you thank you! Will be sending family + friends here!
Had a hard time to make an appointment for a safety check. Jenn texted me then another guy called me to set the appointment. I went I to the office and spoke to Nick? Real nice guy. I was I and out in 15 minutes. Will definitely come again for another safety check and if my car ever needs any other service. Thanks Nick!!!
In a day and age where chivalry seems to be lost, the gentleman at Aulani’s Garage renewed my faith in humanity. I was down to the wire trying to get a safety for my SUV before months end and the registration process became a nightmare. I had been to 5 other shops and none of them had appointments available. When walking into Aulani’s I wasn’t hopefully that they would be able to help but low and behold, they came to the rescue. They kindly fit me into their schedule at the end of the day and the process was a breeze. Not only were they fast, efficient and great at communication. They were also kind enough to pull my car around and have it ready for my departure back onto Kamehameha Highway. If you need an honesty, reliable and great customer service experience for your car, I would highly recommend! I will definitely be back for any repair or safety needs for my vehicle.
Highly recommend for safety inspections! I didn’t know they were appointment only but luckily they had same day openings while everywhere else was booked out a month. I was in and out within 20mins!
